Chuck Sanders - three-time Builder of the Year for one of the Nature Coast's largest builders for the last decade - serves as president of SanderSon Bay Fine Homes. He is joined by his father and mentor, Jim Sanders, the developer of the region's first master-planned community.

Our first focus is to make ourselves available in a professional way to existing landowners. Citrus County is predominantly made up of lots that were developed back in the '70s, and were primarily sold to investors. We can also assist you in finding a lot within Citrus County if you do not already have your homesite.
SanderSon Bay Fine Homes started literally from the ground up, building their own offices on four acres on County Road 486 in front of Timberlane Estates.
