The Personal Touch Meets High Technology
Chuck Sanders, our president, had many years of experience with other construction companies before founding Sanderson Bay. "I had a prestigious position," Sanders said, "but I just wasn't as happy with a 'volume company', because I really like more of a hands-on one-on-one relationship with the customers. I just wanted to be able to take a more personal touch."
That personal touch is something you have every right to demand from custom home builders. For some Florida custom home builders, the word "custom" simply means they don't start building the house until you've signed a contract. We take the motto "as unique as your signature" very seriously. Once you've chosen a home site, we can take pictures of the location and then use computers to help you design and visualize how your home will fit into the existing terrain and landscaping. In Sanders' words, "Modern buyers don't want everything pre-designed. They want to put their own signature on their home design. We want to be known as the listening builder. We never intend to build 150 homes per year. We want to be know for quality rather than quantity."
